“West meet east” is a collaborative art project between Le Brothers (Vietnam) and Fausto Grossi Terenzio (Italia), developed through a spirit of dialogue, exchange, and intersection between two cultural and philosophical worlds – the West and the East.

This project employs the language of contemporary art – particularly performance and video art – as a means to explore and interpret the differences, distances, and unexpected resonances between two social contexts and philosophical traditions. Human and societal issues, memories, and dreams are visualized through symbolic and culturally rich visual expressions.

We believe that, no matter where we come from, artists around the world share common dreams: the dream of connection, understanding, and transformation. Through this project, that dream is not merely told – it is embodied, performed, and brought into reality within the space of art.

Core Themes:

• The fusion of East and West: Two artistic and cultural streams that, while seemingly distinct, converge in their shared desire to express the inner self and reflect on society.

• Difference and harmony: From opposition to integration; from tension to resonance – the project explores the journey of creating harmony from what initially seems incompatible.

• Absence and restoration: Gaps in geography, culture, and history are not seen as limitations, but as raw material for imagination, creativity, and empathy.

“West meet east” is more than an art project – it is a humanistic practice: creating a space where stories, memories, and dreams can encounter and embrace one another, regardless of where they begin.
